Danger of sitting at the desk for hours

The danger is getting closer as a result of sitting at the desk for hours. Especially those who are forced to spend a lot of time sitting during the day, they may be more prone to Dormant Butt Syndrome. Sitting for more than eight hours is more likely to cause damage to the disc, neck, and back.
If the limbs do not get the necessary exercise, they gradually begin to weaken. In the same way, weakness begins to settle in the buttocks, an important part of your body. It is manifested in pain below the knee and waist.

Cardiovascular complications:

Sitting in the same position for long periods of time can lead to high blood pressure and high cholesterol. These cardiovascular complications can put your life at risk.

Risk of diabetes
When a person sits for a long time, the body's muscle cells do not respond easily to the insulin produced. As a result, the pancreas produces more insulin, which can lead to diabetes.
Risk of muscle degeneration
Hyperlords, tight hips and lump glutes tend to grow in people who work long hours.
Foot problems
If the legs are hanging for a long time, the blood circulation in the legs is disrupted. Blood clots form in the veins, which can cause swelling of the legs.
Increased stress levels
Hormones that keep the mood right with muscle movement are supplied with blood and oxygen. Therefore, when a person sits for a long time, the muscle movement is not too much. As a result, the level of stress may increase.

Prolonged sitting can cause damage to the discs, including the spine, and shoulder pain.

  2.  Walk at least once every hour for 5 minutes. As a result, blood circulation in the body will remain normal.
  3.  Stretch your body by extending your arms and legs every hour.
  4. When working, make sure your feet are level with the floor and sit with your back straight neck exercises
Sit up straight, then slowly place the head on one side of the shoulder, again on the opposite side in the same way. Doing the exercise for 5 minutes between work will not cause neck problems.
